Stephanie’s E-Commerce Return Policy

  • Stephanie’s will gladly accept returns in their original selling condition that are shipped back within 10 days of customer receipt.  
  • To be eligible for a full refund in the original form of payment, all tags must be attached and merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition.  Returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Credit Options for Returns

  • Store credit or credit card refunds are available.
  • Email info@stephaniesshop.com for return authorizations. You will be e-mailed a UPS shipping label for your return and a $12 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Returns that have not received approval from the store will be refused.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless a store credit is requested. Store credits never expire.
  • Refunds can take several billing cycles to process.

Shipping

  • Shipping is free for all orders over $150.
  • Stephanie’s uses UPS ground shipping and items typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • A flat shipping rate of $12 is applied to all orders under $150
  • Express shipping is available by request only. Rates are $25 for 2-day air and $50 for overnight.
